With its sealed, silicone rubber keypad and robust ABS polycarbonate case, the DW-5K from IKEY meets NEMA 4X specifications, certifying the unit water, dust and corrosive liquid resistant. The DW-5K boasts a 30-foot RF range, while operating in continuous power conservation mode, for a 6-month average battery life. Because the DW-5K uses radio frequency signals, it is not susceptible to the line-of-sight issues associated with infrared keyboards.
