Roaming Messenger is a smart messaging product that allows government agencies to extend the communication capabilities of their existing solutions to the wireless world. It can be easily integrated into any application (i.e. 911/dispatch, threat detection, EOC solutions, etc.) to provide secure and interoperable alert and response capabilities. It enhances these solutions by providing the ability for messages to automatically roam across wired and wireless devices, tracking down people and escalating through chains of command to deliver interactive messages text, voice, GIS info, photos and documents.
