PlateScan's PlateScan Connect is in use in agencies across North America, providing important data to help solve cases, provide leads and identify potential witnesses. It serves both individual agencies and regional groups. It accepts plate reads from every known ALPR manufacturer on a shared platform. It already meets or exceeds every anticipated or proposed standard for multi-jurisdictional license plate analysis.
Training takes about 15 to 20 minutes for the typical use and, PlateScan Connect is available to any authorized user with Web access. There are no "per seat' license fees. An agency can uathorize as many, or as few, users as it wishes.
PlateScan Connect offers complete GPS-based data analysis, including mapping, pattern analysis, geofencing, as well as partial plate searching, common plate analysis (with plate context or without), multi-data and day-of week parsing. In fact, there is little that it cannot do.
With approvals, PlateScan Connect can interfere with most major database infrasturctures, to enable enhanced searching opportunities.
And, a license to use it comes with every purchase of a PlateScan++ system. There is no additional cost.
