FormStream is an electronic forms solution for the creation, movement and management of forms. This Patron Systems software enables users to easily create fill-able electronic forms. Once created, forms are published to authenticated internal users and/or general public portal users. Intelligent forms provide mandatory fields, perform data validations against master index tables, and provide UCR and NIBRS codes. Forms are easily updated, and data from other applications can pre-populate a form and data can be extracted from the form and inserted into other applications, including legacy systems.
