From Shift Schedules, a series of Excel Spreadsheets can keep track of employee training in a precise and organized manner. Training information is entered in a table and the spreadsheet organizes it into useful summary reports for easy review. Records can be filtered to display only records of interest related to type of training, training location, instructor, dates, etc. Training histories for each individual can be generated and either printed or automatically sent to the employee by e-mail and a table and chart are created to show the training history for all employees to spot individuals with inadequate training in a specific area.
