E-Plex 5086 Entry/Exit Series

Kaba Access Control is pleased to introduce the addition of the E-Plex 5086 Entry/Exit Series to its E-Plex brand of electronic access control. The E-Plex 5086 is a mortise lock that offers combination access control for both the interior and exterior sides of the door. This is ideal for aiprot jetway doors, police interrogation rooms, mental health facilities and other paplications where access needs to be controlled both entering and leaving a secured area. Each side of the E-Plex 5086 has 100 access codes and a 3,000-event audit trail, that also records key override usage. It can be programmed at the lock keypad or with optional Microsoft Excel based software. Installation is quick and easy on wood or metal doors using the supplied mounting plates. The 4 AA battery pack is located inside the lock mortise, behind the faceplate, and powers both sides of the lock. The batteries provide 180,000 cycles.
