CyberLock Evidence Room Security

Managing who is authorized to access sensitive areas and knowing when they access these areas is inherent to all branches of law enforcement. For departments that need to secure their facilities and track entry to the evidence room and other critical areas, CyberLock provides a powerful solution. Videx's CyberLock system incorporates the lock hardware and padlocks that are already present in a facility. The mechanical cylinders in existing locks just need to be replaced with CyberLock electronic cylinders. Each key contains permissions on what locks the key can open, with a schedule of days and times it will open those locks. Each time the key opens a lock, a record is stored in both the key and the lock, providing a detailed audit report of traffic into sensitive areas.
