CCF Global Academy Announces New Course, Catching a Killer
Utah, November 2022- Recently, the Cold Case Foundation launched its Global Academy. The Global Academy offers courses for civilians and law enforcement. These courses are live, in-depth, and interactive, and provide a certificate of attendance.
The latest course will be taught by Josephine Wentzel, former Detective of the Guam Police Department. While in the police department, she received the first legislative award for capturing four murders who had escaped the penitentiary. Josephine was runner-up for Police Officer of the Year as well. In June 2016, her daughter, the mother of two was brutally murdered. Josephine worked tirelessly to identify the killer and succeeded. Recently, she was featured on the Tamron Hall Show regarding her success in catching her daughter’s killer.

Course Description:
Someone close to you has been victimized, traumatized, or taken from you completely. Nothing will ever be the same, and the person responsible for you and your loved ones' suffering is still out there. You feel the need to intervene and assist law enforcement but you don't know what steps to take. Retired Detective Josephine Wentzel will share proven methods, motives, and relationship-building techniques she used to track down her daughter's killer.
