Welcome to April and, just a few days ago, April Fools' Day. I hope your day wasn't too full of tomfoolery.

With spring officially here and the temperatures rising, we can all anticipate more calls for outdoor disagreements from drunks at barbecues to disorderly parents at kids' sports games. As it gets hotter, the calls ramp up. Keep your troops reminded of officer survival skills and hydration.
