    The PRISM is the next generation in Tactical Identification Beacons from Tek Gear. Operating in the infrared band (880nm), a PRISM can be detected by night vision goggles over 5 miles away, yet is completely imperceptible by the unaided eye. PRISMs may be body mounted to accurately identify team members, vehicle mounted to covertly identify suspect or chase vehicles, or just placed on the ground for marking boundaries or trails for air support. PRISMs are field upgradeable to include custom pulses, code of the day and IFF queries from special laser sites. Visible light versions are available for EMS and roadside hazard marking.
