The Armor Insole is a body armor deodorizer made from carbon impregnated, moisture wicking, open cell foam that is meant to be worn in the officers existing concealed ballistic carrier.
As you sweat, the Armor Insole draws the moisture away from your body and into itself where the activated carbon neutralizes the sweat odor, preventing the all too familiar "stink chimney" from the neck of your shirt.
Measuring in at just under 2mm, it’s hardly noticeable, yet some testing officers reported it enhancing airflow by keeping “that little bit of space” between the vest and shirt, keeping them cooler for longer and not creating another insulating layer, or bulk.
The Armor Insole is sold in packs of 2 and requires no care or maintenance at all. No washing, no soaking, no spraying. Put one in the back panel, and one in the front panel, trim any areas that don’t fit and wear it. When you get to the end of your day, turn your panels out, let it air dry, and it's ready to go for your next shift!
