    Watch Iowa Police Officers Help Residents Cool Off with Popsicles

    For its "Popsicle with Police" event, Muscatine police officers handed out free popsicles to neighborhood residents and opened up a fire hydrant to help kids and families beat the heat.

    On Wednesday, the Muscatine Police Department sponsored "Popsicles with Police" at Cedar Park and Cedar Hills Apartments. Officers opened up the nearby fire hydrant for a couple hours and offered free popsicles to the people of the neighborhood, giving nearby kids and families a chance to cool off and have some fun.
