National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund to Host Officer Safety Webinar Sponsored by Laser Technology, Inc.
Laser Technology, Inc. (LTI) and representative from the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund (NLEOMF), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization focusing on officer safety, will be hosting webinar on December 8, 2015 at 9:30 AM MST, 11:30 AM EST for law enforcement officers across the country. This webinar will provide techniques for how officers can enhance their visibility, minimize risks while making traffic stops and how to reduce fatal crashes involving officers. The organization will also provide resources for safety techniques from respondersafety.com and share important statistics every officer should know.
This webinar will have several guest speakers from various organizations including, Nick Breul, Director of the Officer Safety, Wellness and Research Division; Mike Keith, Project Manager, Officer Safety, Wellness and Research Division; and Craig Floyd, Chairman and CEO, National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund.
The NLEOMF is a nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring the law enforcement officers in the United States. They wish to make it safer for those officers who currently serve and hope to inspire citizens to value law enforcement. In addition to their safety and recognition efforts, the NLEOMF built the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial, a memorial dedicated to law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty.
