After several minutes, the driver lost control of his car and overturned. He then fled on foot but was quickly captured by police after he unsuccessfully tried to jump a fence.
Officers found the driver with methamphetamine when he was arrested. He was charged with evading arrest, evading arrest with a vehicle and possession of a controlled substance.
