EZDigiMagic model DM220-U08

The EZDigiMagic model DM220-U08, from EZPnP USA, allows law enforcement personnel to download digital photo/video evidence from memory cards and USB flash drives directly to CD/DVD discs—without using a computer. The burner supports all major memory card formats and makes it easy to copy files onto CD/DVD discs within minutes. Additional EZDigiMagic features include: a USB Host connection that allows direct copy from cameras or camcorders; multi-session burning format for multiple downloads to one disc; and disc-spanning, which allows for copying onto multiple discs when data size exceeds a single disc’s capacity. The DM220-U08 comes with an AC adapter, but is fully portable as it weighs less than two pounds, and can be powered by four rechargeable batteries. Since the EZDigiMagic DVD burner operates as a stand-alone device, it’s a great tool to help maintain “chain of custody” practices when handling photographic evidence.
