Funerals Begin for Fallen Dallas Officers

The first funeral held was at 9:50 a.m. CT for Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) Police Officer Brent Thompson.

The funeral for Dallas police Sgt. Michael Smith got underway early and ended by 11:30 a.m. CT 

Coverage of the service for DPD officer Senior Cpl. Lorne Ahrens began around 10:50 a.m. CT

The funeral services for police officers Michael Krol will be held Friday.

Thursday night's attack at a protest in downtown Dallas left the five police officers dead and nine more officers wounded, as well as two civilians.

An interfaith memorial service was held Tuesday to honor the fallen officers.
