ADTEMP, from American Diagnostic Corp., is a digital hypothermia thermometer. It has a digital extended range from 78 degrees Fahrenheit to 111.9 degrees F+/- .2 degrees. A dual scale can be operated in either Fahrenheit or Celsius. The ADTEMP measures in less than 10 seconds for rectal measurement,18 seconds for oral measurement, and beeps when complete. This thermometer features a jumbo digit LCD screen, a last reading memory, backlight for easier readability and auto-off function to conserve battery life. It is waterproof and a clear, two-piece plastic storage case keeps instruments sanitary. A replaceable, 1.55v battery provides up to 1,500 measurements.
