Raytheon company's JPS communications has partnered with Votan Research Corporation to globally market a digital in-car system. The device allows incidents to be recorded, transmitted and stored for evidentiary purposes. The digital in-car video system is a rugged, broadcast quality recording system specifically designed to meet the demanding needs of law enforcement and security personnel. The device provides several identification capabilities, broadcast quality replay, GPS information and an extremely quick wireless transfer rate at one hour of video footage per minute, among other benefits.
